For owners and managers

One place for the details of your home.

Your facility portal brings reported services, contacts, pricing and availability into the same workspace. Access is specific to each home and the responsibilities your advisory team has assigned.

What matters here

Availability with context

Report whether a space is available and review when the information was last recorded. An opening remains separate from a reservation.

Rates with a history

Maintain dated price versions, room types and reported payment terms so earlier information remains traceable.

A clear facility profile

Keep reported capabilities and contact details current. Changes to licensing identity go through the advisory team’s review.

A practical path

Give each step the attention it needs.

Keep confirmed details and unanswered questions separate as you move forward.

  1. Accept your invitation

Sign in with the account named in the facility invitation and open the correct advisory workspace.

  2. Review your home’s information

Check the profile, contacts and rates. Your granted permissions determine which details you may update.

  3. Keep reports current

Update availability when circumstances change and record new pricing with its effective date.

Before your conversation

A few things to have in mind.

You can use this list without entering or uploading personal information.

  • Current availability and written pricing terms

Common questions

A little more context.

Can I manage more than one home?

Your account can receive access to several facilities. Open the correct facility before making a change; permissions remain specific to each home and advisory workspace.

Can another home see our information?

Facility access is granted to specific accounts and homes. It does not provide a directory of competitors, agency leads or family records.

Does reporting a capability verify it?

A reported service and a verified assessment are separate records. Your updates do not certify licensing status, clinical suitability or an audit outcome.
