For providers
One place for the details of your home.
Your facility portal brings reported services, contacts, pricing and availability into the same workspace. Access is specific to each home and the responsibilities your advisory team has assigned.
Your listing
What an Acuity listing shows.
A home appears on Find Care once your advisor completes its listing and the home is eligible for referrals.
License numbers, owner contacts, exact rates, bed counts and internal notes stay in the portals. They never appear on a public listing.
- The home's name, city and county, and its type of care
- Photos of the home that your advisor has approved
- Services and amenities your advisor has confirmed
- Accepting residents, when an opening was confirmed in the last seven days
- A starting monthly price
How referrals work
Families meet your home through an advisor.
Keep your information current
Update availability when circumstances change and record new pricing with its effective date. An opening remains separate from a reservation.
An advisor suggests homes
Advisors suggest homes to a family after learning about the person. No suggestion reaches a family without an advisor choosing it.
The family decides
The person and their family choose which homes to visit and where to move.
Can I manage more than one home?
Your account can receive access to several facilities. Open the correct facility before making a change; permissions remain specific to each home and advisory workspace.
Can another home see our information?
Facility access is granted to specific accounts and homes. It does not provide a directory of competitors, agency leads or family records.
Does reporting a capability verify it?
A reported service and a verified assessment are separate records. Your updates do not certify licensing status, clinical suitability or an audit outcome.
